We are delighted to ship our products worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pearls with Breckon Ltd is not liable for any additional costs incurred during import. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.

3. Our Service

Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase, including product details and estimated delivery times. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable laws. We also reserve the right to remove or block individuals from live video feeds who engage in abusive, bullying, or disruptive behaviour.

4. Product Quality

All items sold by Pearls with Breckon Ltd are made from 925 Sterling Silver, unless otherwise stated. If a product is defective due to workmanship or materials, you may reject it within 30 days of receipt and request a replacement or refund.

Please retain proof of postage when returning items to ensure your account can be credited if the parcel is lost.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Delivery and Postage

Standard delivery is expected within 21 working days from your live opening date. Delays may occur due to stock availability or customisation requirements (e.g., pearl drilling and mounting). You will be notified of any delays.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Customised Orders

Orders involving customisation (e.g., oyster opening or personalised jewellery) cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Returns are only accepted within 14 days if the item is faulty.

Non-Customised Orders

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with distance selling regulations. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and must retain proof of postage.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable if the sealed packaging has been opened.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
